Similar to the 537, this Coolcel version uses a cooler, breathable material which extends further down the torso. The velcro closure is at the centre on the front of the brace and the bicep is fully adjustable for each patient. Two web/Velcro straps are included that can attach anywhere on the outside of the brace to limit shoulder motion in any desired direction.
