Ortho Active Announces Exclusive Canadian Distribution Partnership with Amparo Prosthetics
Vancouver, BC – April 1, 2026 — Ortho Active Appliances Ltd. (“Ortho Active”), a leading Canadian distributor of prosthetic solutions, is pleased to announce an exclusive distribution partnership with Amparo Prosthetics to bring its innovative prosthetic technology to the Canadian market.
Under this agreement, Ortho Active becomes the exclusive distributor of Amparo Prosthetics across Canada. The partnership will introduce Amparo’s advanced prosthetic solutions to Canadian clinicians, with an official market launch scheduled for the Orthotics Prosthetics Canada (OPC) National Conference in August 2026.
In advance of the national launch, Ortho Active will begin onboarding a limited number of early adopter clinics across Canada, providing immediate access to Amparo’s technology along with dedicated training and support.
Amparo Prosthetics is internationally recognized for its innovative approach to lower-limb prosthetics, particularly its fast-fit socket systems designed to improve accessibility, reduce fabrication complexity, and enable rapid patient mobility. The system offers a scalable alternative to traditional fabrication methods while maintaining high clinical standards.
