Ortho Active Announces Exclusive Canadian Distribution Partnership with Elevate Movement
Vancouver, British Columbia – June 17, 2026 – Ortho Active is pleased to announce an exclusive distribution partnership with Elevate Movement, a global innovator in lower-limb orthotic technology. Under this agreement, Ortho Active will be the sole authorized distributor of Elevate Movement products in Canada.
The partnership brings Elevate Movement’s advanced portfolio of ankle-foot orthoses (AFOs) to Canadian clinicians and patients, including the Freeflow™, Glide™, Sstep®, and the groundbreaking Swift™ custom carbon AFO system. Products will be available for delivery across Canada on or before July 2, 2026.
Elevate Movement’s innovative AFO solutions are designed to improve mobility, stability, and independence for individuals experiencing foot drop, neurological conditions, lower-limb weakness, and gait impairments. Unlike traditional custom carbon AFO workflows that often require casting, fabrication delays, and multiple patient appointments, Swift™ enables clinicians to fabricate a fully individualized custom carbon AFO directly within the clinic in just a few hours. The system allows practitioners to address tri-planar instability with unprecedented speed while maintaining a highly customized patient solution. This innovative approach has the potential to fundamentally transform the traditional custom AFO workflow by reducing patient wait times, accelerating treatment, and improving access to advanced orthotic care.
