The California Low Profile Orthosis is a totally modular spinal system that provides stability and abdominal support without compromising respiration or interfering with activities of daily living. The compound closure system is adjustable for both circumference and waist/hip development. This orthosis is symmetrically shaped and represents a solution to one of the most difficult problems in spinal bracing—superior migration. Posterior component is 9” high. Indications Acute and chronic low back pain, post-operative support, and activity-related low back pain. This brace is effective for patients who have problems tolerating xiphoid-height spinal systems, e.g., obese patients, those with a short stature, women in late pregnancy and patients with respiratory problems. -
The Aspen® “Low Profile” LSO provides immediate pain relief and comfortable support. When firmly tightened, using the LeverLatch mechanism, the brace allows patients to regain a significant degree of functional mobility and, in many cases, return to routine activities of daily living. The unique, three-piece design, featuring symmetrical side panels allows patients to tighten the brace with either hand and provides even compression throughout the tightening process.

The Contour™ LSO restricts motion in the lumbar spine. The brace is effective and comfortable, using the patented QuikDraw™ system with Rigid Anterior Panel (RAP) as the platform. The Edge TLSO restricts and controls unwanted motion while providing intracavitary pressure to unload the intervertebral discs. Ideal for geriatric and other patients who tend to suffer from skin breakdown or sores but require maximum support. Anterior height is 9" and posterior height is 14.5". -
Similar to the 537, this Neoprene version extends further down the torso. The velcro closure is at the centre on the front of the brace and the bicep is fully adjustable for each patient. Two web/Velcro straps are included that can attach anywhere on the outside of the brace to limit shoulder motion in any desired direction. It includes a pocket on the shoulder to allow a hot/cold pack to be placed inside (hot/cold pack not included). Specify left or right. -
