The Meridian ankle joint is a durable stainless steel ankle joint. Its sleek and low profile design allows for a light weight and durable ankle joint, which can be set in infinite degrees of motion, without the inconvenience of changing parts. This joint allows precise degree fine tuning with the range of 30 degrees in dorsi-flexion and 30 degrees in plantar-flexion and has the ability to lock in any degree of plantar/dorsi-flexion. Some uses for the Meridian Ankle Joint include articulating AFO’s, contracture management, solid ankle AFO’s, posterior entry AFO’s, tone reducing AFO’s and floor reaction AFO’s.
