Gelcom is a thermomodable compression-resistant foam that is great for diabetic insoles or padding for orthoses. 12 Shore A density. Comes in 3mm and 6mm thickness, and 36 x 40" sheets
-
PPT sheet material is ideal for cushioning, shock absorption and comfort in a multitude of patient applications: orthotics, prosthetics, bracing supports, and orthopedic and physical therapy devices. PPT is smooth on one side and abrasive on the other, 3mm thick. Sheets are 4.5 sq.ft. Comes in tan.
- 18 Shore A
- Non-thermoformable
- Has moderate rebound characterists
- Fragile - not to be used against the skin or in high friction areas due to low shear resistance
-
Padding material for high shear, low load applications. Packs faster than moss rubber but will rebound. Gelfoam comes in 3 and 6mm thicknesses, and 75×50 cm sheet size.
