Easy Walk Stability AFO

Easy Walk Stability is made by combining carbon fibre with composite materials. It is designed to provide dynamic assistance with ankle instability control.

With the three-point fixation system (at the patient’s calf, ankle and foot), medial-lateral as well as rotational control of the foot and ankle complex is fully handled. The specific design of the support strut in the “stability” AFO allows maximum force distribution and energy return during the gait.

This AFO is prefabricated and requires individual adjustment. It can be fitted by either grinding or simply cutting the sole with scissors.

Indications:

• drop foot secondary to neurological pathologies
• severe ankle and foot deformities
• spasticity (mild-moderate level)
• foot and calf extensors after operation
• proprioceptive deficit
• ankle arthritis
