Ortho Active Secures Exclusive Canadian Distribution for Thetis Achilles Splint

Ortho Active is pleased to announce it has secured exclusive Canadian distribution rights for the Thetis Achilles Splint, an innovative adjunct therapy designed to support functional recovery following Achilles tendon rupture—particularly for night-splinting compliance where full-time boot usage may be challenging.
Achilles ruptures affect a substantial number of Canadians each year, with national incidence rising 30 cases per 100,000 person-years, driven by growing participation in recreational sports and an aging active population.
The addition of the Thetis Achilles Splint expands Ortho Active’s Achilles-care portfolio, complementing the recently added OPED VACOped functional boot, now widely recognized across Canadian hospitals and clinics.
